As a mediator, I help people who are experiencing or anticipating conflict to work together to find a solution to their dispute.<\/h3>


I accompany people in a structured, voluntary and cooperative process to prevent disputes or resolve them amicably. This process is based on the liberty, responsibility and autonomy of the participants. As an independent, neutral and impartial third party, I facilitate communication between the participants: Rather than imposing or recommending a decision, or providing technical expertise or advice, I encourage dialogue, notably in confidential meetings and interviews, to help the participants to construct their own solution and restore or maintain their relationships.
